Everything at AMI KASHI. is made to order for pickup in store. We don’t deliver.

Each product shows how far ahead it needs to be ordered, and the pickup calendar only offers times we can make.

Prices are in Philippine pesos and include the options and add-ons you choose. The total is confirmed before you pay.

• Pay in store when you pick up.

You can cancel a paid order for a full refund up to 24 hours before pickup. After that we can’t refund it, because baking and arranging have already started.

Custom orders can’t be refunded once you accept and pay for the quote.

To cancel, contact us through the Contact page with your order code.

We hold your order until closing on the pickup day. Orders not picked up by then are forfeited, with no refund.

If a pay-on-pickup order isn’t collected, we may ask you to pay online for your next order.

Send us your idea and we’ll reply with a quote. Nothing is booked until you accept the quote and choose a pickup time.

Custom orders can’t be refunded once you accept and pay for the quote.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies.

• What you order and when you pick it up.
• Photos you send with a custom request.

To make your order, hand it to the right person, send you order emails, and keep our sales records.

Our shop staff, who also check any payment receipt you upload. Our email provider, to send your order emails. We never sell your details.

Our site analytics provider sees which of our pages you visit, so we can count visits and see what people look at. We never sell this data.
